The following table lists known limitations in the software, which are categorized by software section. Each defect row includes a brief abstract about the limitation.

IdP Configuration | If a user wants to connect the Chromeleon Domain Controller to the Ardia Platform, the user must first set up the Chromeleon IdP information in the Ardia Platform. |
Data Explorer | Users can only import .raw files that contain mass spectrometry data. Raw data files collected from instruments with only analog detectors cannot be imported through the Data Explorer at this time. |
Users and Roles | It is possible to remove all assigned roles from a user. However, a user without any assigned roles cannot sign in to the Ardia Platform. If only a single user is created and all roles are removed, please contact Thermo Fisher Scientific for support.
