• The full audit trail for individual objects can now be accessed in a new browser tab by either:
• Right-clicking the object and selecting View Audit Trail.
• Selecting the object’s row, then selecting View Audit Trail from the header.
• The quick query bar simplifies querying audit events without the full query builder. Audit events can be filtered by selecting an audit parameter (Object Type, Object Name, Application, Action, Username, Role, Custom) and entering a search term. Selecting the Custom parameter opens the full query builder for a custom query.
• The History filter provides time-based filtering of audit entries with preset options: All, Last 14 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last year, and Custom. Selecting Custom opens the query builder for a custom date range.
• Object versioning is supported. Selecting a single entry enables the Revert Version option. Selecting two entries from the same object enables the Compare Versions option, if supported for that object type. The Revert Versions privilege is required to revert a version.
• Time zone and date and time settings can be customized in User Settings. Timestamps in the Audit Trail Viewer follows these settings for display purposes, though all timestamps are recorded in UTC.
• Columns in the Audit Trail Viewer can be customized to display only selected columns in the preferred order.
• Audit entries for raw file downloads via the browser or connected applications are now displayed. The Additional Info column indicates whether the download was initiated by a user or by an application.
• Audit entries now capture information related to EULA acceptance in the Ardia Instruments application. These entries are displayed under both the All and Instruments audit trail types.
