• Version management for documents is now available with the following capabilities:
    • View version information.
    • Compare properties between any two versions, with a summary view that shows differences and a detailed view that lists all properties.
    • Revert to any older version.
  • The integrity of raw data files can be verified, and any files that fail verification are flagged with a verification failure badge. This feature is configurable in the Ardia Global Settings utility.
  • File uploads are restricted to specific file types, which are configured in the Global Settings utility.
  • The full audit trail for individual objects in the Ardia Repository can now be opened directly in the Audit Trail Viewer utility as a new browser tab by either:
    • Right-clicking the object and selecting View Audit Trail.
    • Selecting the object’s row, then selecting View Audit Trail from the header.
  • Files such as .pdf, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .tiff, .eps, and .svg can be opened in a new browser tab directly from the contents view.
  • Folders, sequences, injections, PDFs, and images can be opened directly from search results.
  • Folders and sequences in the content area can be opened by selecting their name.
  • Row numbers are introduced for items in the content area.
  • A new icon is added to represent the Proteome Discoverer result files.
  • The Type column of the content area is updated to display more file types for clarity.
  • The Manage Access function, which assigns folder access permissions to specific users and roles, is extended to include the repository-level root folder.
  • Multiple items can be selected using SHIFT + select and CTRL + select.
  • A drag-and-drop function is implemented to move items to a new location in the content view or in the tree view.
  • Audit trail prompts now appear for items that pass validation during the Rename and Move To actions.
  • Column customization is now user-specific, meaning that any changes made in a user profile persists even after the user signs off and signs back in.
  • The upload progress bar is enhanced to show real-time status of the upload, based on individual file upload progress. Create folders to organize data objects in the Ardia Platform repository.
