The Export function is available in the upper-right corner of the content area. It allows users to export query results to a PDF file. Selecting this command opens the Confirm Export dialog box, which allows users to perform the functions described in the following table.
Function | Description |

Total Audit Records | Enters the number of audit records to export. If left blank, 5,000 records are exported by default. |
Cancel | Close the Confirm Export dialog box without exporting any record. |
Export | Creates a PDF file that contains the specified number of audit records. The PDF file is named AuditRecords.pdf and is saved to the browser's default downloads location. |
