When users select an item in the content area, the command bar displays the functions that are applicable to the selected item. The following table lists all the available functions.

Details | Displays the details of the selected item. |
Rename | Allows users to edit the name of the selected item. |
Delete | Deletes the selected item. |
Move To | Moves the selected items to a different folder that is defined by the user. |
Opens the Manage Access dialog box where the user can define folder policies and folder access. | |
Copy To | Creates a copy of the selected items in a different folder that is defined by the user. |
Download | Downloads the selected items to your local drive. |
Archive | Moves data from the Ardia server to a specified location that is defined during the Ardia Platform setup. |
Restore | Moves the data back to the Ardia server from the archived location. |
