Check the vial positions for the needle wash station, the input and output well plates, as well as the different solutions trays to ensure that the tool can accurately access the vial positions and teach points for the different modules.

NOTE

If no reagents are available, instead of checking vial positions, proceed with loading the IQ kit and 3 point check teaching of tray B1 and tray A teaching (see Check tray A teaching and see Check tray B1 teaching). The vials will have to be relocated during the check teaching procedure for tray B1.

Ensure to load the following components in the correct positions:

  • Input well plate on top of the thermal mixer
  • Output well plate in tray A slot
  • Reagents tray in tray B1 slot
  • TMT or TMT pro tray in tray B2 slot
  • D buffers tray in tray D slot
  • SPE cartridge tray in μSPE slot

NOTE

To check the vial positions on trays containing solution vials, ensure to have vials present in the left back, left front, and right front edge positions of each tray. Three vials are required for each module.
