If you cannot start an experiment or a test run or if the deck validation process before the run does not start, the module configuration on the instrument deck might be incorrect. This can include missing, incorrectly installed, or damaged modules. The instrument interface displays, Can't start deck validation/Can't submit experiment.

To troubleshot this error, check if all modules are correctly installed.

To check for damaged modules, restart the instrument. The modules that do not appear on the PAL terminal upon restart might be damaged.

Contact the Thermo Fisher Scientific customer support to replace the damaged modules.
