If the dilutor tool is not attached properly to the robot arm, the instrument interface displays, Tool Control 1 has a tool with invalid eeprom data.
To troubleshoot this error, detach and re-attach the tool to the robot arm. If you still experience the issue, contact the Thermo Fisher Scientific customer support for a replacement tool.
