Consider the following sample performance specifications before running the samples on the AccelerOme instrument:

  • Depending on the kit selected, the maximum number of samples that can be processed in a single batch are:
    • 33 TMT 11 samples
    • 32 TMT pro samples
    • 36 LFQ samples

  • NOTE

    Some kits have a lower capacity, such as the LF16, TMT 11X1, and TMT pro 16x1.

  • The minimum supported sample mass is 10 μg. The minimum sample mass supported for UV quantitation of output samples is 30 μg. All samples must be prepared in 50 μL lysis buffer according to the kit instructions.
  • The approximate run times for each kit type are (H:MM):
    • LF16: 3:50
    • LF36: 6:15
    • TMT11x1: 3:40
    • TMT11x3: 5:50
    • TMTpro 16x1: 4:00
    • TMTpro 16x2: 5:30
  • The maximum supported sample mass is 100 μg. Sample masses greater than this can still be processed, but are likely to exhibit reduced digestion efficiency, reduced labeling efficiency, and reduced yield. All samples must be prepared in 50 μL lysis buffer according to the kit instructions.
