The tray cooler is an optional component for the AccelerOme instrument. You can use it as a replacement for the sample tray.
Due to its open design, the tray cooler is a space-saving and easily accessible option for heating and cooling the sample plates.
Depending on the height of the sample vials, adapters (aluminum inserts) must be used. These are inserted into the tray cooler below the sample plates to ensure the caps of the different sample vials are always at the same height. This also ensures an optimal positioning of the sample vials related to the air flow of the tray cooler.
Teaching of the tray cooler module is done using the teach point in the middle slot (see Tray cooler teaching).
