The AccelerOme™ system is an Automated Sample Preparation Platform (ASPP) that includes the AccelerOme instrument and the reagents that simplify and standardize the mass spectrometer sample preparation process.
The system seamlessly processes samples for both label-free and tandem mass tag based quantitative proteomics in approximately 4 to 6 hours.
The system includes the Experiment Designer software application for designing the experiment method files.
This document describes how to set up a new AccelerOme instrument, design an experiment method file using the Experiment Designer application, and run that method file on the AccelerOme instrument.
