For TMT samples, assign batch information.

Steps

1. Randomize or unrandomize the batches and channels from the pop-up.
2. Your selection can be changed using the slider on the Assign Batches screen.
3. To hide the popup for all future experiments, check the box Remember my choice and don't show again.
2. (Optional) To change the view of the plate, select sample, study, or factor name.
3. (Optional) To review the Statistical Power estimate, by study, click View details.
4. When finished, click Next Step.

For LFQ samples, assign sequence information.

Steps

1. Randomize or unrandomize the sequences from the pop-up.
2. Your selection can be changed using the slider on the Assign Sequences screen.
3. To hide the popup for all future experiments, check the box Remember my choice and don't show again.

3. (Optional) To review the Statistical Power estimate, by study, click View details.
4. When finished, click Next Step.
