Design an LFQ or TMT method - AccelerOme - Design an LFQ or TMT method - AccelerOme - AccelerOme

You can design two types of methods using the Experiment Designer application:

• Label-Free Quantification (LFQ) method
• Tandem Mass Tag (TMT) method

Steps

1. On the Experiment Designer home screen, click the experiment type, Label-Free or Tandem Mass Tag.
2. To create an experiment based on an imported method file, see Import method.
3. (Optional) Download the template files in CSV format (in a zip file) for Label-Free and Tandem Mass Tag experiment types by clicking on the three horizontal dots on the top left corner of the Label-Free or Tandem Mass Tag sample preparation experiment types.





2. Enter the method name.
3. (Optional) For Creator, type your name.
4. For Kit Details, select the appropriate kit.
5. (Optional) Type the lot number.
6. For Samples:

• For Label-Free sample preparation, select the number of samples.
• For Tandem Mass Tag sample preparation, select the number of samples.
