The AccelerOme Experiment Designer application enables you to create method files that handle up to 36 samples, which run on the AccelerOme instrument.
The application allows you to view the statistical power of the samples.
When you transfer your completed method file to the instrument, all the factor and values information is included.
The information is retained for subsequent use with the Xcalibur acquisition software and the Proteome Discoverer data analysis software.
NOTE
Always open the Experiment Designer application as an administrator. Right click the application icon on your computer and select Run as administrator.
