You can import an existing method file created using the Experiment Designer application to the instrument.

Steps

Click Import method file.
To select the method file location, click Browse.
Locate and select the method file in CSE or CSV format from your computer.
Click Upload.

If a method file has an incorrect format, an error message is displayed upon uploading the file.

The Download Template Files option in the Label-Free and Tandem Mass Tag sample preparation types allows you to download the available file templates. The See Help option directs you to the Experiment Designer Help.
